Our Mission

From the beginning of Christ’s earthly ministry, there were those who followed Jesus, and those who sought His death.

Christ’s apostles and the earliest followers of the Way of Christ recognized that the powers of the world were manipulated by the evil of Satan and his minions. These first Catholics could have sought to organize themselves politically, or form a military legion that could conquer those who crucified men, women, and children by the score.

Instead, they persevered in the Faith… life on earth is ephemeral, and it can either be spent in ceaseless striving for power, or you can serve God with the time you have.

Now, just as when Christ’s Church was first taking root, the world is dominated by evil forces that want to pervert and destroy all that God cherishes, and many have reacted to this cultural upheaval by becoming increasingly bitter and spitefully, antagonistic.

What we need is not to engage in trench warfare with people who have been clearly manipulated by the demonic, but to shine a light in the world to set the example of what good can look like. It isn’t easy - being Christian rarely is - but it is necessary if there is to be any hope of converting the world.

Lucerna Lux Media is dedicated to highlighting Christian life and efforts to thrive in the modern world. There is much evil in the world that must be confronted and reported on, but only insofar as to educate and offer solutions.

Trey Blanton was born into a military family with a Catholic mother and a lapsed protestant father. Trey grew up in a small Texas town, surrounded by his extended Catholic family.

Though Trey was not aware of it at the time, the modernist push within the Church had ill-prepared him to face difficulties in the world and he struggled with his spiritual health, all while he dedicated himself to difficult service professions as an Infantry Officer in the Army, and then as a Sheriff’s Deputy.

As a child, Trey dreamed of becoming a federal agent to combat human trafficking but, during his years of service, he realized that the government was slowly corrupting law enforcement and defense to the point that it would eventually become incompatible with improving society.

While volunteering with a pro-life organization during his three year’s as a deputy, Trey was introduced to Catholic media, which he decided to commit himself to so that he could speak out for Christians.

Trey has produced content that focuses on the pro-life movement, the Turkish-Azerbaijani plot to finish the Armenian Genocide, and the plight of young Pakistani, Christian girls who are abducted by Muslims to be forcibly converted and ‘married.’
