Azerbaijan began shelling civilian populations of the Republic of Artsakh. This is in continuance of the pan-Turkic goal of eliminating the Armenian people through genocide so that all Turkic-speaking nations can be connected without disruption. Armenia is the only obstacle to this ambition, which is a major reason for Azerbaijan’s continuation of genocide against the Armenian Christians of Artsakh.
